Dr. Taylor Hoffman is a board-certified optometrist and the owner of Hoffman Eyecare in Westfield, Indiana. He is certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease and is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the Indiana Optometric Association.

Dr. Hoffman grew up in McCordsville, IN and graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School. He attended DePauw University, earning a degree in Kinesiology while lettering four years on the baseball team. After a summer internship at a local private practice, he discovered his passion for optometry and went on to earn his Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2016. He spent seven years in private practices in Jasper, IN and Lebanon, IN before opening Hoffman Eyecare in December 2024.

Hoffman Eyecare was built on the belief that eye care should be personal, unhurried, and rooted in the community. Every detail of the practice — from the advanced diagnostic technology to the carefully curated frame collection — is designed to provide an experience you won't find at a chain.

Dr. Hoffman and his wife, Betsy, have been blessed with five children: Mary, Maximilian, Adam, Clare, and Thomas. They are active parishioners at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.

Outside of the office, Dr. Hoffman can be found volunteering his time, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a few hobbies. He volunteers his optometric services at the Trinity Free Clinic on the campus of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. He also enjoys getting out in the community through school screenings and by coaching youth baseball, football, and basketball. At home, he can be found playing in the yard with his kids, working on a home improvement project, or watching The Office. He enjoys attending sporting events and concerts.
